A weekend back home

This past weekend has been a great one, I went out for dinner and drinks with some old friends and spent quality time with my family in my hometown of Ballarat. I took my mumma out for breakfast for Mother’s Day and then we did one of the things that we do best and spent half a day shopping.

By far the best thing to happen to me this weekend though was becoming a god mother for the first time (well almost), to my newest little niece Indi Belle. Indi’s parents (my sister Jessie and her husband Dan) asked my partner Dave and I to be Indi’s god parents with a cute little card and candle and we were over the moon to be asked to be such a major part of this little bubbas life!

It was so great to have my family all together for Mothers Day, if you read my latest post, you will know that only a few weeks ago both of my two sisters gave birth to their babies within a few days of each other (one with twins) so my beautiful family grew by three within a matter of days.

My eldest sister Heidi’s babies were over 10 weeks premature so it’s been a bit of a wild ride. Over the weekend though they graduated out of their special care cribs and we got to see more of their cute little personalities come out. Check out the latest photos of Max and Freddie below..

How lucky am I to have such amazing people in my life?! I think the rest of 2017 is going to be pretty great…

Enjoy your week lovelies xo
