An Interview with Diamond Rozakeas from Melbourne’s Kettle Black and Top Paddock

The-Woman-Behind-some-of-Melbournes-Top-CafesYou may not have heard of Diamond Rozakeas yet, however, I am sure you will have definitely heard of some of her amazing Cafes! Diamond has co-owned some of Melbourne’s best cafes including Liar Liar, Three Bags Full, Two Birds One Stone, Top Paddock and The Kettle Black.

Not only has Diamond successfully run these top foodie spots, she is also a professional singer, has recorded an audio book called If It Is and dedicates her spare time to helping indigenous communities.

I recently caught up with Diamond to learn more about her life, passions and new café that will be opening in the city this October! Check out the full interview over on Melbourne Girl here: Diamond Rozakeas and the Melbourne Cafe Business
